Shipping
All orders are shipped by Australia Post. Once shipped deliveries typically take 4-7 business days. Please note that the shipping times are approximate and are subject to seasonal variability.
COVID-19 UPDATE: We are still delivering however deliveries are taking longer than the usual timeframe due to the increased load on the delivery system and fewer domestic flights between cities. When placing your order please allow an 5-7 extra business days for your order to arrive, thank you for patience during this time.
If your order has not yet shipped (you have not received your shipment notification email), you can contact us with your updated shipping address and we can make amendments.
Yes, we respect your right to privacy and all orders are automatically shipped with discreet packaging.

Payment
Yes, you can use your credit card through our PayPal checkout system even if you dont have a PayPal account.
Please note that bitcoin payments will take some time before registering as successful because they require confirmations.
Bitcoin confirmations
A bitcoin transaction generally needs 3 confirmations from miners before it’s processed and the average time it takes to mine a block is 10 minutes. Consequently the average time for 3 confirmations is around 30 minutes but this is just an estimate.
If your payment was successful and you did not get an order confirmation email from us please check your spam folder.

How do I cancel a PayPal subscription or recurring payment?
Log in to your PayPal account. Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page > Click ‘My money’ beside ‘My pre-approved payments’ > Click the name of the subscription you wish to cancel > Click Cancel.

Returns
If your products are unopened they can be returned within 14 days (from when you received your order) for a full refund. If your product is deemed faulty it can be returned for a full refund. For more information please see our returns policy.
As long as your order has not shipped yet just let us know and we will cancel it for you. If it has already shipped contact us to arrange a return. Please note that opened products cannot be returned. For more information please see our returns policy.
